Dr law is good but surgery and trying to get appointments is abysmal

The treatment from Dr law and other practitioners here is very good and professional. However trying to get appointments and the whole admin is abysmal patients have to call at 8am in morning hold for over 1 and a half hours mostly listening to voice prompts then only to be cut off 9/10 times when you reach position 3orclose to being answered. You can't book online despite it saying you can you can't book appointments for advance only for on the day which makes it impossible if you're elderly or ill that you need to arrange someone to take you or transport etc. You ant get through on phone ever and even if you do they will say no appointments left today try again tomorrow. When you do get an app you are limited by admin staff to only address 1 condition per app so if you have multiple illnesses and you've just waited 4 weeks to even get through for an app they won't allow you to treat them all at once you have tochoose which one is ailing you most at thst minute and just treat that
